  1. These terms are for research services only. The Research Analyst (RA) cannot execute any trades on your behalf — never permit the RA to trade for you.
  2. Maximum fee chargeable by the RA is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of clients (excludes statutory charges; applies to individuals/HUF).
  3. Fees may be paid in advance for a maximum of one year. On premature termination, you are entitled to a proportionate refund for the unexpired period.
  4. Pay only via bank channels (UPI/net-banking/gateway) to the RA's account — never cash, never to third-party accounts.
  5. No assured/guaranteed/fixed-return schemes exist — such schemes are prohibited by law. The RA cannot guarantee returns, profits or accuracy. Recommendations do not assure returns; there is no recourse to claim losses incurred on investments made per recommendations.
  6. SEBI registration (INH000021447), RAASB enlistment and NISM certification do not guarantee performance or assure returns.

  8. Keep your email and mobile number updated with the RA at all times.
  9. The RA will never ask for login credentials or OTPs of your trading, demat or bank accounts — never share them with anyone.
