These terms are for research services only. The Research Analyst (RA) cannot execute any trades on your behalf — never permit the RA to trade for you.
Maximum fee chargeable by the RA is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of clients (excludes statutory charges; applies to individuals/HUF).
Fees may be paid in advance for a maximum of one year. On premature termination, you are entitled to a proportionate refund for the unexpired period.
Pay only via bank channels (UPI/net-banking/gateway) to the RA's account — never cash, never to third-party accounts.
No assured/guaranteed/fixed-return schemes exist — such schemes are prohibited by law. The RA cannot guarantee returns, profits or accuracy. Recommendations do not assure returns; there is no recourse to claim losses incurred on investments made per recommendations.
